Hollowpine's components are used in government and healthcare products where accessibility is a legal requirement rather than a nice-to-have. You would own conformance: the audit process, the test suite, and the upstream bug reports to browser vendors.
Experience with screen readers as an actual daily tool, not just as a testing checkbox, is what we are short of.
